If you can’t make it to the Men’s Gathering or you are interested in finding support from other men, why not try a Men’s Groups.
What is a Men’s Group?
A men’s group is a safe, supportive space where men come together to talk openly, in confidence, listen to one another, and build connection. It’s a place to share life experiences, challenges and wins without judgment. These groups often focus on mental health, personal growth, relationships and emotional wellbeing.
Whether it’s through conversation, reflection, or simply being heard, a men’s group helps break down isolation and encourages a healthier, more connected way of being.
Men’s group meet regularly, normally every week or fortnightly.
